Violinist, composer and producer Ánglea Varo is a Jazz, Flamenco and Classical violinist, who specializes in Spanish folk music among anything else.
She began her violin studies at the age of 8 at the local conservatory in Spain and at age 12 she moved to the Professional Music Conservatory of Lucena to continue her education with Domingo Escobar Díaz. She has been a student of Professor Antonio Fernández of violin at the Superior Conservatory of Music, Rafael Orozco de Córdoba, until 2017. In her pursue for a better development as a professional violinist, she has worked with directors such as Peter Schöning, Michael Thomas, Eduardo Portal and numerous others. 
In September 2011 she became part of the SYSO (Southern Young String Orchestra) project, and in 2015, she was awarded the European Commenius' scholarship, thanks to which she toured Romania and Spain. In December 2017, she was accepted at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, United States and was awarded the prestigious "World Wide" scholarship.
She worked as a composer and artist in the film and video production company “La Huelga de las Sardinas.” In September 2018, she won the National Scholarship for string performers “Amigos de Ramón Bilbao.” In November 2018 she won the prize for “cultural excellence,” awarded by the "Salvador de Prado Foundation.” 
She is currently majoring in Contemporary Writing and Production and Performance at Berklee College of Music, where she founded LITHA and currently performs with the renowned pianist and composer Jesús Molina.
